Hi, I’m Suzie Lyons, LICSW, Owner of Live Mindfully and a Lifespan Integration Consultant.
Working with clients for two decades has taught me that each and every one of us is a luminous being connected to the life force of the universe, and all things in creation are connected. It is this recognition that drives my passion and creative determination to guide individuals to connect with themselves.
My personal passions for spirituality and neuroscience have guided me to recognize that the processes are not separate but actually intimately intertwined. Both sciences teach us to meet life and work our experiences of pain, frustration, confusion, love and joy in order to be affected by life and ultimately transformed by living fully.
