My approach to therapy is compassionate, somatic, and trauma-informed, grounded in a depth-oriented understanding of human experience and attachment. I work within a non-pathologizing, liberation-focused framework, supporting you to connect with your inner knowing, express yourself authentically, build healthier relationships (with yourself and others), and move toward a more joyful, aligned life.

I am passionate about supporting you through life transitions, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief and loss, neurodivergence, sensitivity, LGBTQIA+ identities, parenting and more. In addition to Lifespan Integration, I draw from Hakomi Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Buddhist practice, animism, social justice, and more. My style is collaborative, responsive, and reflective, meeting you in the moment.

I have found Lifespan Integration especially effective for processing trauma, healing attachment wounds, and reducing nervous system dysregulation—leading to greater calm, clarity, choice, and connection. I welcome the chance to journey with you!
