Hello. You may have found your way here because you have something that needs tending to in your life? I bring my experience of over twenty years as a therapist, facilitator and supervisor to be alongside my clients to help explore the barriers that may be hindering them from moving forward in their lives. Together, we co-create a path towards healing and integration, inviting the cultivation of hope, self-compassion and awareness. Whatever your focus is for therapy, I will be interested in what you are wanting from the work, and will be led by this.
I trained as a Lifespan Integration therapist in 2011 and have been integrating it into my practice since. Over this time, LI has grown and evolved into the therapy it is today. My training in LI included going through the certification process and becoming an approved supervisor (consultant). I supported training courses as a facilitator from 2015 to 2019 and was also part of a team organising courses in the UK during this time.
I am an arts therapist (qualified in 2005 and registered with hcpc), I have a diploma in clinical supervision (2014), and trained as a nature-based therapist (2018). My practice offers therapy and supervision outdoors in a natural environment in Derbyshire, UK, and online to adults over 18 years.
