Struggle is a part of the human life. At some point all of us will face difficult experiences that bring about pain, loneliness, confusion, anxiety, and despair. These experiences may lead us to question our life direction and purpose. When our stories include trauma and loss that have not been processed, the normal challenges of life can become even more difficult to navigate.
In my work I strongly believe in hope and healing. As humans we need to grieve and process what has been left behind and learn how to move forward in our present life.
As a counselor I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief and loss, trauma response, and navigating life transitions. I also work closely with parents who are dealing with a struggling adolescent or adult child.
