Conflicts and difficulties in relationships are everywhere. I specialize in helping couples, families and individuals repair and change unhealthy patterns towards healing and creating new patterns of healthy communication. I have a holistic approach, integrating mind, body and spirit. I help clients feel safe to connect with deeper parts of themselves, enabling them to connect more deeply with others. I incorporate spirituality if the client would like, and am accepting to all forms of spirituality, religion, cultures, genders and sexualities.
In addition to my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, as well as Circle of Security Parenting and Life Span Integration Therapy. I come to this second career after many years in the US Military and am excited to work with people from a diversity of backgrounds.
