I believe that all humans share a basic desire to be well and happy, and to avoid pain and suffering. Sometimes, we try to do that in ways that cause us even more suffering. I also believe that connection is key for us as humans. Without it, we struggle to survive much less thrive. Having at least one person in our lives we feel connected to and accepted by can open the doorway for healing. Whether you’ve experienced trauma, loss, or just a general sense of suffering or emptiness, I will use a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to build that connection and create a space where you can work through the pain and toward a life worth living. You do not have to struggle alone or “figure it out” on your own. Reach out, and let’s see if we’re a fit to navigate these challenges together.

I see Georgia clients virtually and in-person (in Dunwoody, GA), and Florida clients virtually. In addition to being trained in LI, I am also intensively trained in DBT and am a certified teacher of Cognitively Based Compassion Training. I work with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults. My fee is $180 per session. I am self-pay and not in-network with insurance. I can provide superbills for you to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
