I’m a French Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, working with adults, adolescents aged 16 and over, and couples, with all kinds of issues. I live in Ireland, and work in English and French. I do a lot of face to face as well as videoconferencing and a few walk and talk type sessions.
I draw on humanistic, systemic and narrative therapies, as well as attachment theory. I also make extensive use of Lifespan Integration Therapy, which is an effective technique to help freeing ourselves from the influence of difficult life experiences on our current behaviors and thoughts, which were appropriate strategies at a given time but are not anymore.
