Hello wonderful families! I’m here to create a safe, fun, and transformative space for your child, your adolescent, or even yourself. My goal is to make therapy an adventure where we discover and celebrate the unique brilliance of you. As a neurodivergent individual, I get the wonderful quirk of young minds. I specialize in providing multicultural, neurodivergent/sensory, and gender-affirmative care. Tailoring each session to honor your child or teen’s unique neurobiological blueprint. From ASD, ADHD, OCD, and complex diagnostic patterns (with enduring symptoms), to creative souls, I have a passion for guiding each young person to thrive on their terms.
Therapy with me is not just about talking; it’s about play, laughter, and exploration. Together, we will collaborate in a way that feels creative, engaging, and most importantly ensure we move at a pace where you feel safe and ready. I specialize in experiential, creative play, and art therapy, to support children and teens in identifying emotions, brainstorming coping strategies together, and building self-advocacy skills that resonate with each client’s unique neurobiological blueprint, through an integrative whole-brain approach rooted in neuroscience.
I love working with highly sensitive & neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating big emotions, peer relationship challenges, and have experienced trauma. If I were your therapist, I want you to feel seen, affirmed, and appreciated just as you are without the fear of being judged or invalidated.
You are not alone: I too had to go on the adventure of self-discovery, exploring my multicultural, neurodivergent, and non-binary identities, to uncover how these pieces fit together. I can’t wait to support your child, teen, or yourself take on the challenges ahead with lived-experience support combined with my profound professional training!
