I was born and raised in New Mexico and am the founder of Engage and Ignite Counseling a private group counseling practice in Albuquerque, NM. I am trained as a level 2 Lifespan Integration and working toward my certification– I was drawn to LI for its gentleness of addressing trauma and integrating a deeper knowing and wisdom of the story of our lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico and my clinical background is in individual and group counseling has a focus on life-transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma and relational issues. and earned a Master’s degree in Counseling, and BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of New Mexico.
