My name is Jill Walling and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to fostering healing and growth within individuals, couples, and families. With a kind and caring approach, I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences.

My journey in therapy began with a passion for understanding the complexities of relationships and the human experience, guided by the principles of my faith. Over the years, I have developed my skills in various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Lifespan Integration Therapy. These approaches have allowed me to support clients in healing from past traumas, integrate their life experiences into a coherent narrative, develop a greater sense of themselves, and deepen awareness of how their life experiences and beliefs impact them. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

In addition to providing direct therapy services, I am actively involved in mentoring and supervision for associate therapists in our community. I find great fulfillment in guiding and supporting new clinicians as they develop their skills and gain confidence in their practice.

I am known for my down-to-earth demeanor and genuine empathy, which allows clients to feel comfortable and supported as they navigate challenging life transitions, relationship issues, and personal growth goals. My goal is to empower clients to identify their strengths, enhance their communication skills, and cultivate healthier relationships.

Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, couple, or family unit, or looking for guidance as an associate therapist, I am here to accompany you on your journey towards healing, growth, and professional development. Together, we can explore new perspectives and develop practical strategies to build a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and adult children. I love puzzles, books, games, and being outside in the summer.
