My approach to therapy is grounded in a deep belief in the goodness and worthiness of every person. I see each individual as doing the best they can with the tools, experiences, and knowledge they’ve gathered so far—and I truly believe that growth and change are always possible. Often, the very struggles we face today were once smart, adaptive responses to challenging circumstances. When we meet those patterns with understanding and compassion, instead of judgment, we create space for healing and new ways of being to naturally unfold.

To me, healing isn’t about constantly striving to “fix” yourself—it’s about reconnecting with your core self, embracing every part of who you are, and learning to offer yourself the same love and care you give to others.

It’s an honor to step into someone’s world, to be invited into their story with curiosity, empathy, and respect. I’m here to support you in healing from the inside out. As an affirming therapist, I’m dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Together, we can approach pain, patterns, and difficult emotions in new ways—ways that lead to lasting change.

I also really value working with people who bring a bit of healthy skepticism to therapy. If you’re looking for something deeper than coping strategies or traditional talk therapy, we might be a great fit.
