I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Lifespan Integration Consultant, and a BCACC Approved Clinical Supervisor offering Lifespan Integration (LI) therapy to adults and youth who are seeking gentle, effective support for complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational distress, and life transitions. I was drawn to LI because of its respectful, non-intrusive way of helping the brain organize memory, strengthen attachment, and restore a coherent sense of self. I provide a steady, compassionate presence while clients move through their timeline at their own pace, allowing nervous system regulation and emotional integration to emerge naturally.

Clients often seek my support for complex or developmental trauma, attachment wounds, spiritual injury, grief, addiction recovery, and the emotional impacts of chronic stress or health concerns. Alongside LI, I am a Master Trainer in Observed and Experiential Integration (OEI), Board Certified and a BCIA approved mentor in neurofeedback, and EMDR-informed approaches.

As an LI Consultant, I provide supervision and consultation for therapists who wish to deepen their practice with Lifespan Integration  particularly in areas of attachment, dissociation, and complex trauma. I enjoy supporting clinicians to develop confidence, ethical discernment, and an embodied way of working that is both relational and neurobiologically informed.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and respectful of the resilience within every story. I consider it a privilege to accompany clients and colleagues as they reconnect with safety, continuity, and their own inner wisdom.
