About Me
Hello! My name is Gabby, and I am a clinically licensed social worker in North Carolina and South Carolina. I am passionate about facilitating change through the therapeutic relationship, working collaboratively to reduce the shame, embarrassment, and stigma often associated with mental health concerns.
With over four years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan—children, teens, families, adults, and seniors. This diverse experience has shaped my eclectic therapy style, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I specialize in EMDR and Lifespan Integration Therapy, powerful body-based trauma treatment modalities that address deeply rooted narratives, complex trauma, and other mental health stressors.
My professional approach is deeply informed by my own lived experiences, allowing me to bring a genuine sense of understanding and empathy to our therapeutic space. As a Queer-affirming, sex-positive, and justice-centered provider, I am committed to honoring the space and energy you bring, ensuring you feel safe, understood, and empowered in every session.

I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Winthrop University, specializing in Empowerment Practice. My additional training includes Lifespan Integration, EMDR, Family Centered Treatment, and Financial Social Work.
Working with Me
I offer therapy exclusively via telehealth, providing flexible and accessible support. Currently, I accept Aetna, Cigna, and out-of-pocket payments, with reduced rates available. I will soon be accepting BCBS and UHC insurance as well.
