Lifespan Integration is a powerful tool for settling the activating or traumatic points in our history down into the narrative of our lives, reducing reactivity and triggers, and allowing us to move forward with more freedom to act in alignment with our values.
As we increase our capacity for self-knowledge, we also tend to increase self-compassion. We begin to live in alignment, moving toward integration, & away from the shaky sense of self which is rooted in seeking approval from others. This integration allows for more courageous and authentic self-expression, improved self-esteem, allowing for deeper intimacy.
If you are struggling with parenting, shifts in religious values, past trauma, relational/sexual issues, or another difficult life transition, I would love to work with you and to help you navigate the best path forward FOR YOU. I am committed to prioritizing your values and goals and tailor treatment to your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
