I love to support people navigating big life transitions and working on integrating past experiences with who they are. I specialize in helping folks transitioning through their perinatal period and into parenthood while coping with mood and anxiety disorders and past trauma. Transitions happen when facing significant loss or facing big life changes as well. All transitions offer the potential for growth and self-discovery. I offer an anti-oppressive lens and strive for cultural humility, hoping to be a source of support to anyone who might reach out.
My career in behavioral health spans across 18 years. I spent 10 years in substance use disorder treatment. Which overlaps with my current specialty in reproductive mental health, perinatal loss, trauma and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). I have been focused on this specialty for 9 years. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR and I am working towards my certification in Lifespan Integration.
