I specialize in helping folks transitioning through their perinatal period and into parenthood while coping with mood and anxiety disorders and past trauma. My career in behavioral health spans across 20 years. I spent 10 years in substance use disorder treatment. Which overlaps with my current specialty in reproductive mental health, perinatal loss, trauma and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). I have been focused on this specialty for 11 years. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR and I am working towards my certification in Lifespan Integration.
