I primarily practice feminist therapy, which means I see politics and power dynamics as inseparable from our human experiences, and therefore inseparable from therapeutic work. Specifically, my therapeutic approach is rooted in fat and trans liberation, disability justice, anti-racism, and prison abolition.
My clients are often queer or trans, many identify as disabled or chronically ill, and most of them have experienced trauma throughout their lives. I also have experience working with domestic violence, body image, gender dysphoria, career decisions, ADHD, and grief/loss.
I am currently using telehealth only, which is available to any client located in the state of WA. I am not providing in-person therapy at this time.
