I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in WA State. Prior to becoming focused on providing therapy as an LMHC, I worked for 20 years as a yoga teacher and therapist and a massage therapist. I was drawn to Lifespan Integration due to how well it compliments what I already bring to the therapeutic relationship and a holistic approach in counseling. I completed my Lifespan Integration training in Fall 2023.
I specialize in providing integrated psychological support with a strong foundation in mind/body approaches to health and wellbeing and feminist and indigenous psychology. Much of my work is focused on personal and historical trauma recovery, disruption of internalized obstacles to healing, and fostering sustainable growth and insight rooted in addressing the unique needs of each individual I work with.
In addition to the professional training and background, I draw on my experiences as a bicultural and neurodivergent individual with extensive anti-oppression experience and training.
