I work alongside individuals navigating trauma, mental health and substance use concerns, and stress-related challenges. Rooted in compassion, my relational, person-centered approach fosters a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and known.
Integrating experiential and somatic modalities, I support clients in achieving body regulation, healing from overwhelming experiences, and moving toward secure attachment. I am trained in EMDR and Lifespan Integration (LI) and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my practice. My approach is body-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive, drawing on principles from polyvagal and attachment theories.
