What drew me to LI is its mind-body approach and its ability to reorganize and reintegrate both implicit and explicit memories in the mind and body. This allows the body to feel that the past is over and no longer react to life in a trauma response. I have personally and professionally experienced the healing impact of this approach.
I am a level 3 trained LI therapist working towards my certification. My clinical expertise lies in individual counseling, with a primary focus on trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression.
