Heidi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho. She has received training from IITAP as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and by APSATS in using the Multi Dimensional Treatment Model for betrayed partners. Heidi is an Attachment Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) therapist and is trained in Brainspotting, both effective ways to treat trauma. She is also certified to use Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI).
Heidi uses a wholistic approach and specializes in working with women, couples and teens who struggle with a wide variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. Heidi provides counseling and specializes in treating betrayal trauma and relational trauma as well as those experiencing symptoms of trauma due to the impact of religious abuse.
